Hi! Many of you don’t know, but I’ve suffered from depression since high school but didn’t realize what it was then, till many years later (in my 30’s) when I w...as diagnosed with depression to the point of being suicidal. Back then I didn’t realize the support that is out there. I’m currently part of the Defeat Depression Committee in North Bay. Our committee raises funds to support our community, and helping break the stigma of depression. And why I’m so passionate about this project. Help me by supporting our bottle drive this weekend on Saturday November 7th at the beer store on Lakeshore and Cassells from 11-3pm.
