Hi ladies - for those of you who are participating in our current Bible Study, Discerning the Voice if God,, I hope you’re finding it as life changing as I am. I’ve just watched Week 5 video and continue to be amazed how Priscilla Shirer is able to take a ‘simple’ well known verse and see amazing truths I have not seen before! This week, I couldn’t help but be reminded of a favourite song of mine by Gordon Jensen - You Write Me Like a Story. This song was on a record (yesvinyl, that shows my age!) I purchased at a concert in the early 80’s - just a couple of years after my husband’s death that left me a single parent to 2 babies! Thanks to the Town of BWG, showers are available for our homeless friends at the south side of the Old Community Centre Mon and Thurs 11:00-4:30pm pass this o...n to any of our friends in need! Town staff will clean them each day and leave soap, and we are taking care of laundry for towels. See more

Hi Ladies! I know we were supposed to start our spring study next week and you’re all home so I’m working on some plans to keep us connected. Looking in to how to do our study together online, maybe some chat groups... if you have any ideas please message! Thankfully we can be confident our God is sovereign over all! Psalm 46 is a good reminder, take a break from the kids, lock the bathroom door and take a moment to read it! (Then go wash your hands again!) lol! Love you all and praying!

Hey friends! We have been doing our second Jen Wilkin Bible study sermon on the mount, and will be wrapping it up next week. I really appreciate her teaching. I saw this quoteof hers this morning and thought I would share it.

After Session 6 of Jen Wilken’s Sermon on the Mount Study we talked about not doing acts of Righteousness to be seen by others... then at 9pm last night I found 2 overflowing bags of candy dropped off at my door with no note or anything! Made me smile to think someone was blessing the Youth Centre without looking for acknowledgement.... (granted my detective skills finally discovered Bradford Community Church was responsible, but loved seeing God teach practical lessons every day!)
