The Abhyanga is a two person tandem massage where the marma points are stimulated with warm oil, resulting in a truly relaxed and blissful experience.We give you a cup of steaming ayurvedic tea to enjoy afterwards as your body soaks up the healing oils.There... is a shower in the room for those who prefer to rinse off, but we highly recommend keeping the oils on and letting them soak into your skin.The regular price is $150 + gst, so with your 15 % discount it costs $127.50 + gst. The Shirodhara treatment involves the continuous pouring of warm oil onto the forehead marma, resulting in a calming of the nervous system and a deep relaxation.This can be added to the Abhyanga at an extra cost of $30, and takes an extra 40 to 45 minutes, including a 10 minute rest at the end of both treatments. The Shirodhara can also be done on it's own.We start with a lovely face and head massage and then you receive the Shirodhara for 30 minutes with 10 minutes to rest at the end.This treatment costs $60 + gst usually, and with the 15 % discount is $51 + gst.Please phone 780 660 0713 today to book your appointments!
