Tiramisu Pie This is such a decadent pie for any gathering. To start a homemade flaky butter crust and homemade lady fingers. The zabaglione is made with marsala wine and the mascarpone is made in our kitchen.The vanilla pastry cream has espresso vodka in the ingredients. This pie has two layers of lady fingers and three layers of cream. The topping is covered in a rich chocolate powder and it has whipped cream roses around the pie with chocolate covered espresso beans atop each rose. The top is also adorned with belgian dark chocolate curls.

Raspberry Cake with Pistachio Buttercream A moist delicious raspberry cake with vanilla raspberry French buttercream filling. The cake is covered in a pistachio French buttercream.

Lemon Meringue Pie A flaky butter crust. Filled with a lemon custard filling and topped with decorative toasted Italian meringue.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie This pie has a flaky butter crust and is loaded with rhubarb and strawberries. The top is decorated in a lattice design.

Red Velvet Cake Serves: 38 This cake is made with the best red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream and covered in our marshmallow black fondant. This is a three tiered cake. The top tier and bottom tier have diamond quilted design with metallic silver sugar pearls. The cake is adorned with five large wafer dark red roses and the top has a red metallic letter.

Bourbon Chocolate Cake Serves: 8-12 Bourbon-Chocolate Tipsy Cake with a bourbon cream cheese buttercream and Bourbon-caramel sauce drizzled over the top. The lower section of the cake has chopped pecans all around it.Garnished with buttercream swirls and pecan halves. Pure alcohol in this cake not suitable for children.
