One of my friends answered this when texting about birth experiences yesterday: "Oh my God I was so excited, obviously apprehensive, but I was so excited to go through this process again! It's such a unique and divine experience that you want to experience it purely and calmly without worrying if you are going to scream at anyone or offend anyone. It only happens a few times in your life and it is the rawest, strongest and most liberated and vulnerable I have ever felt. Nothing has or ever will make me feel as proud as pushing those little squishy things out. Women really are the stronger sex and I feel so powerful because of having done it."

Did you know...? ...that SHEPHERD´S PURSE and PARSLEY ROOT are recommended during labour as they encourage contractions, are hemostatic and parsley root is encouraging the placenta to come out?
