On home soil, he used his voice to speak out against discrimination and advocate for the equal treatment of Indigenous Peoples in Manitoba. Throughout his military career, Prince earned 11 medals including the Silver Star and the Military Medal. Today, he is remembered as one of Canada’s most decorated Indigenous veterans.
