Happy Fri-yay! We are here with another Recycling Tip! Have you ever wondered what to do with old candles? The ones that still have a bit of wax but the wick won’t light anymore? Instead of stashing them away to collect dust or throwing them in the garbage, you can take the wax out to put the jar in the blue bin OR make a cute home DIY... First boil something water, pour the boiled water in the candle jar. The wax will melt and reform at the top once it has cooled. You can take out the wax and repurpose it by putting it in another candle or a wax melter. Pour out the water and now the jar is clean and ready to be recycled or upcycled!

Be safe out there all! It is pretty gloomy out there but the light at the end is getting brighter, bit by bit!
