What’s TRULY happening with the Greater Vancouver real estate market? Well, despite all the predictions, despite what is often said through news outlets, the market has been HOT. You can never underestimate the Vancouver real estate market for a few reasons; it’s beautiful here, there isn’t enough space which in turn means there isn’t enough inventory!... Any market is controlled by supply and demand. In the three graphs above, you’ll see that the number of sales have dramatically increased with total inventory far less than this time last year and in turn, average sale price has risen considerably. It’s important to get educated before moving into this market.
