The installation of the island top. 800 pounds of granite. Thank you Courtney from Wheatland Stone in Strathmore
Another quality project is coming to completion. New house build completion date set for tomorrow, so we will be working diligently to meet the deadlines and look forward to final inspections and ultimately the New Home Inspection and the key presentation.
Eaves trough and down spouts installed yesterday and once the garage doors are installed next week the exterior will be complete! Interior finish well underway with stone fireplace complete, some of the flooring started, and painting about half complete. Hardwood starting next week, cabinets scheduled to start on 17th, plumbing and electrical finish starting and carpet start installing on 27th. Movers are booked for Sept 1! As with all of our custom builds, all the trades are working together to see this to completion!
House is coming along. Concrete deck and sidewalk poured, drywall finished and primed, and many doors are hung. Cabinets are scheduled to be delivered next week so we can start that install, and tile and stone work will be starting next week also.
Siding nearing completion. Insulation starting Wednesday, new home warranty inspection this weekend, then drywall starting Monday. Progressing along.
The poor weather is causing the house to be progressing towards completion at a slower pace than I would like, but this rain just doesn't give up. 70% of the siding is complete, rough-ins progressing and inspections later this week. Drywall scheduled to start mid July.
Framing complete, windows in, singling started and will be finished soon, plumbing roughed in, and siding has started. Soon the electrical and HVAC will begin their rough ins. Moving forward.
Roof is sheathed, windows will be installed and roofer starting tomorrow. Hopefully get this closed in before another monsoon!
The weather has cooperated long enough to get the crane onto the jobsite and lift the roof onto the walls. Now finish the bracing, then sheathing the bottom portion, then put the piggy back trusses up and more bracing and sheathing. #golliathframing. #bigroof. #customersatisfactionisourpriority
Walls are all up and ready for the trusses. Trusses are being built in 5 groups and will be lifted onto the walls on Monday... as long as the wind cooperates! Piggyback trusses will be added to the top of the trusses after the roof starts to take shape and sheathing done. Next week will be busy!
Walls continue to go up...
Walls are starting to go up. As much as we need rain, any rain will delay our progress.
Sub floor on and many walls are built. Weather hasn't.been cooperating, hard to raise walls when there is always wind! Hopefully the next few days can get the walls up and prepare for the roof!
