Stoked to be sending lunch to Nanaimo Aboriginal Centre, Was so happy to get a message from one of their coordinators asking if I do big batches and if I would ...be interested in providing some wild foods to one of their programs. A big pot of vegan wheat free cream of nettle, which I just call tth’uxtth’ux, an equally big pot of haput stew, and scow to match! So excited to send this off knowing that it will go to feed some of my relatives in snuneymuxw. I was born to cook! #salishfire #indigenousforestpunk #traditionalfood #indigenousfoods #nettle #eatwild
