Dorm Resident Mostafa will make his mma debut!

We are excited to announce that Tristar gym and the Tristar dorms will be reopening to the public as of Tuesday September 9th for classes and private sessions. We will be adhering to all Covid preventative measures as outlined. Masks must be worn until you have passed the reception. ... You must sanitize your hands! You must remain 2 metres apart . You must drill with training bubbles of no more then 4 people. There are no classes being offered to the public before 4 pm. All classes that were on the schedule starting at 4PM AND LATER will resume as they were. Kids classes will not resume at this time We look forward to seeing you next week.
