Im telling you this. A decent vacuum at a reasonable price is hard to come by. Thats why I absolutely love the Shark Rocket. Its lightweight, has a cord so no worry about the battery dying 1/2 way through a clean and it does an amazing job on hardwood and carpets. Its not very often I find a deal this good, today at Canadian Tire it was on sale for $135 regular price $300! START THE CAR!

Five years ago, I started my business. It hasn’t been easy, but it was without a doubt the best career decision I’ve ever made. Nothing beats being your own boss, doing what you enjoy and are passionate about, making a decent income by actually offering value to others and having free time whenever you feel like. It’s freedom in so many ways. It may take some hard work, probably money to begin with, a lot of time, dedication, unexpected problems and moments when you’ll be on ...the verge of giving up. But what doesn’t? Everything great requires these things and the result, if achieved, is tremendous and totally worth fighting for. I also think it’s a win-win situation. It helps you, your clients (because you’re more motivated than ever to satisfy their needs considering the fact that their money go directly into your pocket), society (because you offer value) and economics in general. It is indeed risky, scary, stressful and at times seems impossible. But it’s also adventurous, brave, creative, beneficial, meaningful and is the only way for you to have freedom, independence and happiness while supporting your family and helping others. I just wanted to share this new advertising that my friend Michelle made me for my car and Im over the moon with how fantastic it shows and cant wait to see the possibility of future growth! A huge thank you for those who have been with me through this journey! Heres to another 5 in the making! See more

Happy Thursday! Lets talk about some easy monthly maintenance ideas for your home! Inside your duct system, fine dust collects on air duct surfaces, vents, motors, and coils. These flakes of dead skin, hair, and pet dander catch onto the dust, and before too long this process creates a dense, mat-like environment where bacteria, mold, dust mites, and allergens can thrive.... While most furnace filters only need to be changed every 3 months, you should always check once a month. By checking once a month, you'll be able to determine if your filter is clear enough to continue to filter the dust and particles from your air and prevent those expensive breakdowns. Also consider having your furnace and duct work cleaned this spring! Checking your smoke detectors is very important, I usually set a reminder to test the batteries at the end of the month, either on my phone or write it on the calendar for the year so I dont forget. If you want to test a smoke detector, find the test button on the front or side of the unit. Push and hold the button for a few seconds to ensure the alarm sounds. If it doesn't, you may need to replace the batteries or have an electrician check the wiring in the detector. For minimum coverage, have at least one smoke detector or alarm on every level of your home and in every sleeping area. You can also add alarms to hallways outside every bedroom, the top and bottom of all stairways, and often-forgotten places such as basements, attics, utility rooms, and garages. Lets keep our homes healthy and safe!

ITS THE WEEKEND!!! Ok so just in case you werent sure of the day.. that was just a little announcement for your information. Hahah Just as you would regularly vacuum the floor and dust your furniture inside your house, you should keep your patio clean so it's ready at a moments notice to entertain. Start in early spring with a complete cleaning.... Remove all the furniture, the grill, container plants and accessories. Give the patio a good sweeping and washing. Wash cushions and furniture frames with mild soap and clean water. Let cushions dry completely before replacing them on the furniture to prevent mildew from growing. Use auto polish on metal frames to make them shine. Use a glass cleaner on glass tabletops and don’t forget to clean the glass on the windows of your outdoor lanterns so the light shines through. Use a degreaser on grill grates and the outside of stainless steel grills. Open your umbrella and wash the fabric with mild soap and water and use a household oil on any moving parts to keep them working well. Remove and discard any old potting soil from planters and clean the insides of pots with a bleach and water solution to kill any insects or bacteria that may have over wintered in the pots. Fill with fresh potting soil and put in new plants (remember zone 3 rules-plant around May long, otherwise have a plan to cover your plants at night) Make it fun and get your children, spouse, family involved(social distance safe) and then reward them with a nice kick-off party or barbecue to celebrate all their hard work!
