The latest addition to our property. I like to think our grounds look very inviting. My compliments to our handyman for the wonderful work and thank you to his wife for helping with the painting. Awesome job.

Just a quick comment this morning about what we mean by "pet friendly " for our cottages. Yes, your pets are welcome at our cottages but we do have some restrictions for pets. I think these are reasonable restrictions. 1. We ask that you keep your pets off the furniture and especially out of the beds. Please keep in mind that the person coming after you may be allergic to pet hair. Our cleaning ladies work very hard to keep our cottages very clean and when pets have been on t...he furniture and in the beds, their work becomes much harder. 2. We ask that you keep your pets on a leash when they are outside. There may be other guests who have issues, especially with dogs. 3. We ask that you pooper scoop behind your animals. Nobody wants to walk in animal poop and our cleaning ladies should not have to clean up outside after your pets. I understand that your pets are family members too, and you like to have them with you. But we need you to keep in mind the people who are coming to stay after you leave, and the cleaning ladies who have to work extra hard to clean after your pets. Well, we're off to a great start to our salmon season. Our first fishers came on Monday and are going home tomorrow, happy as can be. The fishing was great, the weather was beautiful, and the wine was plenty. What more can you ask for? Safe travels, guys and looking forward to seeing you again next year.
