We are now taking bookings for spring/summer 2019! Email [email protected] for reservations. Cost: $120 per night for summer bookings. (2 night min.) $100 per night after September 3rd. (No min.)... 10% off total cost if booking includes 7 or more nights. Booking: We accept bookings via email and full payment is due upon confirmation, which can be made via e-transfer to the same email address. Cancellation / Changes: If you need to cancel a reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows; - 50% refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. - 90% refund if cancelled 30 days or more, prior to the Check-in Date. - 100% refund if cancelled 90 days +, or if we are able to re-rent for the same period. Any changes will be subject to availability. We encourage all renters to purchase traveller insurance. Number of Guests: The Loft can sleep up to 4 comfortably. Check-in / Check-Out: CHECK-IN TIME for guests is after 3:00 P.M. and CHECKOUT is 11:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests. Linens Cleaning: The Loft is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. No Daily Housekeeping service is provided; Guests are responsible for routine light cleaning and straightening such as dishes, placing garbage in the outside garbage cans. However, we take care of the linens, towels, etc. upon your departure.
