Our world is rapidly changing on a day to day, sometimes hour to hour basis, due to the growing global and local concern of COVID-19. At Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital, we are still here as usual for you and your pets, however we are very closely watching and monitoring changes that may affect the clinic and our clients. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our team, our clients and their beloved pets. For this reason, we have put the following safety measures i...n place As a veterinary hospital we already follow strict cleaning procedures. However, as a precaution we are reinforcing our already rigorous sanitizing standards. We are performing continual sanitation of high touch areas in our hospital. Door handles, counter tops, POS machines and waiting area will be sanitized thoroughly and regularly. We would like to reduce the use of cash and would prefer that clients use credit or debit cards as our POS machines are frequently sanitized. We encourage social distancing and ask that only 1 person accompany your pet to their appointment. We offer, and encourage Day Admissions (pets dropped off at the clinic). We can talk over the phone in regards to your pet and perform any diagnostics and treatments that are agreed upon. If you or someone you are in contact with is not feeling well, we ask that you have someone else bring your pet in for their appointment. This way your pet can get the help they need and everyone stays safe. You are encouraged to call ahead to pre-pay for pet food or medications. Call us when you arrive and we will be happy to meet you at the door or at your vehicle. Unfortunately, we will not be offering coffee/pop/water at this time in order to keep everyone safe. If you have a pet that needs an exam, medications or food but you CAN NOT make it in to the clinic due to illness, please call ahead and we will try to make arrangements to help you out. We are all in this together and if we all follow well thought out protocols, we can all stay safe and your pets will receive the care they need.
