Arrival After Yoga ~ by Roy Styffe is the next in the Roy's Poetry series entitled: The Door to Wonder Thanks to Kelby MacNayr and Scott White for your beautiful musicianship! This was written after a yoga class. I felt particularly blissful during this April afternoon. The Japanese maple trees were sporting pink blossoms and contrasted with the clear blue of the sky. Inevitably, we return to the world with it's sounds, sights and illusions but with the knowledge that this place of yoga exists in our hearts! Thank you to Justin McGrail as well, for the wonderful interpretation of my poems!
