The smell in the shop is heavenly! Fresh sourdough from Landed Bakery has just arrived. Charcuterie & fresh bread - what could be better?

Yesterday was Pie-Day and Luisa has filled the shelf. Steak & Ale, Sausage Pie, Steak & Kidney, Sausage Rolls, and Heart Pie

20lb sausages! We make all our sausages from raw seasonings (no pre-mixes), so we have control over what goes into them, no binders, fillers or other additives, and can make literally any kind of sausage for our custom orders. This one was especially fun in a 6 fibrous casing. Kind of a monster, but gonna make awesome deli slices.

I don’t know if we say this enough, so I shall say it loudly, WE’VE GOT THE BEST CUSTOMERS! Some customers paid for a brand new screw for the grinder even though we said it wasn’t necessary, so, thank you for your support and kindness. It means the world to us to be part of such a supportive local community. From chatting with local farmers, making sausages for hunters, talking food with chefs, and being able to chat with the regulars, it’s pretty humbling to be a part of ...it all. We’ve officially be open one year(ish) and are excited to see what the next year holds in store.
