For a buffet style dinner It takes about 1 hour to serve 100 people. 2 hours to serve 150 people. And 3 hours to serve 200 people. For sound. For indoor weddings you should have 5 watts per person. (IE. 100 guests = 500 watts) For outdoor weddings you would need 7.5 watts per person. If you would like sub woofers at your wedding, Pick when you use them. cocktail hour and dinner (speeches) no subs. When you open the dance floor is when it is nice to add the subs.
