We were out looking at a multi-family property today. It was a beautiful century home converted into 5 units. Often when we look at properties, especially older ones, we are left scratching our heads at some of the things we see. We haven't seen anything like this yet.

What a great tip! We need to find more things to hang.

We absolutely love the community we live in and can't believe we have never been to Hillside Festival. What a great way to enjoy it virtually this year! #hillsidefestival #hillsidehomeside2020

I always keep a record for our files when we renovate a house of paint and flooring. And, we always leave left over paint and flooring marked with rooms etc for those "oops" that inevitably happen. But, I think we need to start doing this on future projects.
