Yesterday many conversations were had about mental health. I know for myself, how I wake up can have a HUGE affect on how I feel for the rest of the day. Listening to motivating YouTube videos or podcasts or music is a great way to tune you into a good mindset and feeling. The one that makes me feel the most open, grateful and ready for life is #abrahamhicks rampages of appreciation. Tunes you to a good feeling. Has spiritual aspects as she talks about the law of attraction a...nd setting your vibration to high flying. Also she talks about the vortex which is everything that sits in your imagination of everything you desire. If those pieces don’t make sense, don’t worry about it. But these rampages of appreciation help you think of all you are grateful for being alive on the planet. Just search in YouTube and you’ll find lots. Does anyone else listen to Abraham Hicks?
