Toy Drive and Holiday Meal Program registrations to receive toys and food over the holidays have started in some communities. Call 2-1-1 to find to out if there... are toy programs and holiday hampers near you. We are getting updates all the time from communities. These lists do fill up fast. 211 is a helpline for information on and referrals to community, health, government and social services across Ontario. These include toy drives, food banks and meal programs, utility bill assistance relief, outreach programs for the homeless, health services, winter snow shoveling for seniors, employment supports, income assistance programs and more. Just dial 2-1-1 anywhere in Ontario to reach the helpline. We answer the phones 24/7.
