Some new products we are putting together. Terracotta wall sconce flower pots mounted on teak driftwood. These pieces will be on average 90cm tall and we think they will make a statement piece for any exterior garden or interior plant room. The pots will also be available without the driftwood for you to use in your own garden, on a fence or wall. Tell us what you think we value the feedback.

Some of you may have noticed our hours have been a bit irregular lately. We would like to apologize for that. It has been really hectic trying to keep up with the rate at which we have grown. While lisa and I are away on a buying trip Tara will be running the store and wharehouse. We will be open regular hours from now through the Christmas shopping season. All our best to everyone from lisa and I in Bali and a big thank you to Tara for everything you do for us.

After 2 years of negotiating we were finally able to purchase this piece. It may well be the finest antique hand carved teak coffee table we have seen. Age is undetermined but it is old and in near perfect condition. It is 1 meter in diameter and will have a glass top. It is a gaming table with 8 matching stools. I am in awe of the quality of this piece. Truly 0ne of a kind. I will never find another.

Working hard in Bali. Hot thirsty job finding some great things by these talented people. We so admire the skills of the craftspeople here.

Just back from Bali. We have some new clothing for summer. New tops, dresses and peasant pants. Supply is limited so come in soon for the best selection.

The village merchant has some new spring yard and garden items. Just arrived are really cool coconut bird houses, bamboo wind chimes, metal art rain gauges, metal art plant basket hangers.

The village Merchant Facebook page is up and running....kind of. It can only run as fast as the technically challanged owners can limp up the learning curve. We are going to do our best to keep our friends and customers up to date with all the new and exciting products and events comming up.
