No shows will be required to pay full cost of missed service before rebooking. Clients more than 15 minutes late will be asked to rebook, and may be required to pay full cost of service. No shows or habitual late arrivals will not be permitted, I will not rebook. I retain the right to refuse service if my policies are being violated, or if a client is being disrespectful in my home. At this time I ask that your children are not brought to your appointment, as you will be unable to attend to them during your services. Must be minimum 16 years of age to receive extensions, and minimum 10 years of age for gel polish manicures. I am with your nails for a few short hours each month. After you leave my desk, they are your responsibility. I am not there to see how you are treating your nails after you leave, therefore I cannot be held responsible for damaged nails. Most of my clients do not have issues with their nails, but if for some reason you do please contact me as soon as possible so that I can fix them.

TBT to some of the winter/Christmas sets I did last year. Feels like 5 years ago already, is 2020 done yet? While I do truly miss all of my beautiful clients, I chose to take some time to focus on my family, our mental health, and homeschooling Klarah. I appreciate all the love and understanding, and I apologize to those of you who have been so patiently waiting for me to open. Tweetheart Nails will be back again one day, but it will be different. Until then, I love you guys and thanks again for everything!

Cheers to new, friendly faces I will be returning to nails very slowly and gradually as I am working through some trying personal circumstances. But man does it feel good to sit at my desk and make someone feel special!

I sat down at my desk and created this set of nails for a beautiful young woman whose prom is this week. It’s the first time I’ve done someone else’s nails in months!

Hello ladies! I hope you’ve all had a nice long weekend and you’re all feeling well. While I am officially able to take clients again as of tomorrow, I will need some more time to make sure I am appropriately set up with all safety measures in place. I have always taken disinfection processes seriously, but I will be sure to be even more diligent in my routine in order to keep my clients and my family safe. I am planning to begin taking appointments again in June. For those of you who have prepaid for your next appointment, you will still be given priority and I will contact you just as soon as I’m set up! Can’t wait to get back to helping you all feel special and even more beautiful!

Finally sat down to do a set on myself for the first time since this all started. Got some news today that feels like a small light at the end of the tunnel. Time for some brightness
