TWG is proud to share our 2020 Diversity & Inclusion report. We plan to publish this report annually to share and be accountable to our ED&I initiatives and commitments. The value TWG provides to our clients and partners goes beyond the work we do for them. It’s also about how we work with them - how our culture, our model, our way of life is built into the products we build. So it’s important that we’re always looking critically at where we’re at on equity, diversity, and ...inclusion efforts. Our 2020 report highlights where we are today, and acknowledges there is more assertive and courageous work to be done. We are sharing this to be accountable for the initiatives we commit to, and also in hopes that other companies in the community will recognize and learn from our data and the steps we’ve taken to date.
