For those of you who do not know, the two week wait is the two weeks post ovulation that you have to wait to test for pregnancy. For many people, it’s a time to kick back, relax, and get excited about what could be. For others, it is the hardest two weeks of the month. The anticipation and wait can be agonizing due to the fact that you have been let down so many times in the past..but there are things you can do to try and breeze through the two weeks while you wait. Take a walk when you start to think about it or when/if you get anxious Write in a journal Practice fertility yoga to release your stress hormones Be excited and stay hopeful During this wait, it is also very important to supplement your body accordingly. The best time to check your breasts is one week after your period ends, and ensure it is the same time every month! 1Lie down on your back with one hand behind your head. Use the pads of your three middle fingers on the opposite hand to do dime sized circles lightly, with medium strength, and a little harder three times. Then move to the next area. 2Starting at your breast bone, work your way down your breast and back up in dime sized circles.
