End of Season - Today we accommodated our last set of guests for the season and are now looking forward to some rest time. The past 4 months was extremely busy even though we reduced our capacity by 50% due to Covid. We met so many amazing people and feel very happy that we were able to offer them a high standard of safety and cleanliness along with a good dose of comfort and personal service. We are open year round as usual and will soon be opening up our online reservations for 2021.

Wishing our family and friends a peaceful and joyous Thanksgiving weekend. We are still busy here at the B&B accommodating out of town guests this weekend but, we look forward to seeing family hopefully very soon. What's on the menu tomorrow for breakfast? Eggs Benedict or Apple Strudel Belgian Waffles along with fresh fruit salad, Ron's famous homestyle potatoes, bacon or Burt's Farms breakfast sausages and of course, a pot of freshly ground and brewed coffee. Hope our guests enjoy it!

A fun event to check out this holiday weekend!

Bake Sale - Central Manitoulin Lions Club is holding a bake sale tomorrow between noon and 2pm. I baked up some Morning Glory muffins today to donate to the event and kept a few for our guests to enjoy. Wishing the Lions Club a great turnout for the fundraiser!

Apple Strudel Waffles - Today we added a little pizzazz to our waffles by offering a side of warm cinnamon apples (yes, from our trees) and cream cheese maple sauce. Of course we had to sample them first and both agreed they tasted just like apple strudel...yum!

Fall 2020 - Here is our addition to the amazing fall decorations happening in Mindemoya this season. So happy to be part of such an incredible community!

1890 Restaurant - Ron and I took a much needed break from the B&B and dined at 1890 Restaurant in Gore Bay last night. Dinner and service were top notch and the view of the bay during sunset topped off the evening. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday by reservation. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon.

Check out the cool and crazy fall characters all over the town of Mindemoya. We are hoping to add to the festivities soon...stay tuned!!

Elliot's in Little Current will be offering Thanksgiving dinner Sunday & Monday. This is great news for out of town guests in need of dinner on a holiday weekend.

I'll be heading out there soon to pick up some lovely jams and jellies very soon.
