We are going to run half hour of Time Onlies at the end of the 7pm Friday night jackpot. (Start around 10pm-10:30) These will be first come, first serve and pay at the gate. These are ONLY for people who did not get to pre book TO.
Well the entries are outstanding! Over 350 a day Saturday and Sunday and still trickling in. Also we’re still accepting late entries day of! So with that let’s get the rules out of the way (and it’s not true that rules are made to be broken....) ALL CONTESTANTS MUST STOP AND CHECK IN AT OFFICE BEFORE PARKING!! We can’t wait to see you and then tell you where to go!! You will be directed to the area your stalls / pens are in. ... DAY PARKING - the parking lot east of building is for those there for the day - overflow day parking will be the big parking lot west of building STALLS/ PENS - if you’ve prebooked a stall/pen - you have one! There may be a few additional available but we will not be booking anymore beyond what was pre-booked. Any available will be booked on site. INDOOR STALLS - there is no parking right by, In front of, behind or in between the barns. We have boarders in the south pens and need to keep open access. Please respect our boarder area and there are no outside horses permitted in boarder pens. Please unload and then park either west or east of barns. If you park in between the barns and/or plug in, you will get to meet Darrel. OUTDOOR STALLS / PENS - these are mostly at outdoor grounds this year. Infield Parking close to these pens is reserved for contestants with those booked. Anyone self penning in that area is asked to stay on the far south end of infield. (I hear the grassy field west of bleachers at outdoor grounds is nice this time of year !!) SELF PENNING - please check in before self penning - THERE IS NO TYING OR PENNING ALONG THE NORTH FENCE. DOGS - we LVE dogs - but not in the building (unless they’re a tripod), off their leash, at other people’s campsites, or anywhere they aren’t supposed to be. Please keep Rover out of trouble . MUSIC - who doesn’t like some tunes........well actually a lot of people......at 2 in the morning.......please be respectful of your neighbours we’re all in this together (sorry I couldn’t help myself ) VOLUNTEERS - we have the best of the best for a crew again and are so thankful they’re willing to help us with another one.....before, during and after!! We ask that you appreciate them as much as we do ! We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
