SAGE SOUND SINGERS: A Special Christmas. It's official! Sage Sound Singers have the funding for a Christmas Concert! On September 11th, 2020, Michelle Reid, our Music Director and President, received a welcome and much needed cheque from Second Time Around! Our Concert will be video recorded on December 14th, 2020 and we will premier it on Wednesday, December 23rd. The dates could change a little, but it will be close to these dates. We will be selling tickets for the "premi...er" as it's been a hard year for us (and everybody else!). Second Time Around is the wonderful thrift shop in Ashcroft that donates most of their profits to local groups. Thank you everybody who volunteers for them and donates to them. We truly could not do this without your help. Our concert this year will include our main Choir singing songs we have sung in previous Concerts and we have a "small group" ensemble that will make their debut with around five songs. We are excited to bring some Christmas music to you this season. We all need it. Practices start on September 21st, so if you hear us around town humming Christmas music, you'll know why! Our practices and performance will conform to recommended Covid-19 protocols. We are so looking forward to singing for you again!
