I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. Isn't that what we all love to hear? All I ask is that you show up at the time we agreed on. My time is valuable. Yours may not be, that I don't know. But it seems that 80% of the people who have come to pick things up within the past year, have been 15 minutes or more late or sometimes don't even show up at all. Even if they have paid for their items. I have no problem holding on to your items until you are ready to pick them up. But I d...on't like to wait around. Just as I wouldn't expect someone to wait around for an hour if I were to deliver your item. You wouldn't show up an hour late to a doctors appointment would you? No, they would cancel your appointment and charge you for a no show. I am thankful today for those who served before me to ensure my freedom, I am thankful today for those who served alongside me while I served. I am thankful today for those who served after me, and I am thankful for those who continue to serve. It's not an easy life in the military. And for that I also thank all the families that served along with the serving members. Today is not a 'Happy Remembrance Day'. Today is a day to remember and thank those who fight and defend your ...freedom. Everyone may have different beliefs about the military or other things *cough masks cough*, but those people who served made it so you can voice that opinion, and those who currently serve make it so you will be able to in the future. (You really should be wearing masks right now though). It takes 2 seconds out of your day to thank a veteran. And it means a lot to them. It's hard to fight for something when the people at home are fighting against you or they make it seem like what you are doing doesn't matter to them.
