Two Hills Medical Clinic 15.02.2021

With the recent restrictions put in place Dec 8 2020 by two Alberta Government we will continue to offer only phone consult appointments until January 11 2021. These appointments are for current patients of the Two Hills clinic , we are not accepting walk in appointments at this time . We ask all members of the community to do the their part to help stop the spread of Covid 19. Please follow the restrictions that are now in place. Please send only one family member to do any... required shopping . Please do not socialize outside your immediate household . Always wear a mask and sanitize your hands often when going into any public places. If you need to use the emergency or any healthcare facility please let them know if you have any Covid 19 symptoms or have any possible Covid 19 exposure . For the safety of our health care workers and physicians it is important that you answer the screening questions honestly. If you or a family member are feeling unwell please isolate and call 811 or go to the AHS Covid 19 website and do a Covid 19 screening and book an appointment for testing if required . The Two Hills Medical Clinic would like to remind the community of the AHS Guidelines in regards to Covid 19. We ask for everyone’s safety the you answer the Covid -9 Screening questions honestly and show respect to our physicians and staff. We are working hard to keep our community safe and we need everyone to do their part. In order to accomplish this we need you to be honest and respectful to all Health Care Workers and follow Guidelines set out by the facility that you are visiting .

With the cooler weather approaching we continue to have strict Covid 19 protocol in place. Our front door will now be unlocked but we ask you do the following when coming to our facility You must wear a Mask when entering and during your time in the clinic You must sanitize your hands before proceeding to the reception desk and upon exiting the clinic You must honestly answer the Covid 19 screening questions and agree to have your temperature taken... We ask that only the person who has a booked appointment come into the facility Only 1 parent or translator allowed with the patient We are no longer doing walk in appointments. We encourage everyone to have family doctor . If you require a short notice appointment please call ahead and we will do our best to assist you . We thank you all for your understanding in these difficult times If you have any of the Covid 19 symptoms please call 811 or go to the AHS Covid 19 website to have a screening done to confirm if you need to be tested If you are visiting any medical facility, clinic or hospital and you have Covid 19 symptoms please wear a mask and please inform the facility of your symptoms We all must continue to work together to keep our community safe See more

Screening at the door with a temperature check Mandatory mask use while in our facility We ask for everyone’s safety that you are honest when completing the screening questions .
