Tomorrow (Jan 15) is your last day to get an order in for the sausage sale. Ground meat is almost sold out for a couple of weeks when I will have more beef and pork. Here's a great shot of our sausages in one of our customer's kitchens. Thanks, Lindy Brown, for sharing. This looks amazing.

Some delicious looking goat stew made by Jess Gravelle using the Two Calves Standing Goat combo pack. In her own words, this is how she made it. 1.Brown goat meat in stock pot (I seasoned with salt pepper and smoked paprika) 2.Remove meat and then sauté onion, celery, garlic. 3.Add in tomato paste, then Deglaze with red wine. 4.Add veg stock, rosemary, oregano, bay leaf, eggplant, zucchini, carrot, roasted red peppers, red lentils. ... 5.Add goat back to the soup. 6.Simmer for a few hours, and then stuff your face We are particularly fond of step 6!!
