This sweater couldn’t be more perfect. When I was going through cervical cancer scaryness I was also raising a 1 year old, I was pregnant with another little human, my husband and I were dealing with a lay off, I was running 2 business, covid shut downs and everything else in between. The entire 2 years from diagnoses to hysterectomy I kept a smile and shrugged it off when someone asked how I’m doing. To be honest, I didn’t really think about how I was feeling. I was so focu...sed on my families well being. I heard a lot of I’m sorry you’re going through this. And you are so strong. But I didn’t look at myself as strong. I cried a lot. With the new phase of reopening some retail stores in our economy, I want to remind all my clients that unfortunately salons are still not safe to reopen. . . I miss my clients more then I could ever put into words. Not only is my business my lively hood but my clients have become my friends and a part of my family. I’ve always been that person who wants more. As my husband says I’m never satisfied. But this isn’t a negative thing! . . I’ve always wanted more because I truly believe in myself and that I am capable of MORE!
