So this was day 2, 103km.... we had some awesome views and great weather, we couldn’t ask for more. Day 2 definitely was a little bit more challenging but we still rocked it. With all the support of our volunteers.... no wonder, they are amazing people and cheered us on the whole way through...and made sure that we stayed well fed the whole time.

Hello everyone, here is a little update on our cycling adventure. Ellen and I just finished our first ride on the ‘road to nepal’, 55 km in a little bit over 2,5 hours, it was a beautiful ride but also hard, lots of hills omg and yes our butts hurt..... We also want to say thank you to all our clients and friends who have already donated so generously and hope that more will come. Ellen and I appreciate you guys so much. And of course, there is some evidence of us really wo...rking hard on being able to cycle 3 days in a row with just a few more kilometers to go Xoxo Ellen and Verena Ps: We know, we totally rock that super fashionable look !!!

We were inspired by one of our clients to join THE TOUR FOR KIDS ALBERTA, to raise awareness for kids with cancer. We will concur 300km in 3 days by bike and would like to raise $3000.
