We are looking for an Estimator/Project Manager! Qualifications: Knowledge in the construction industry required Experienced in blue print reading and takeoffs... Knowledge of Bluebeam software is an asset but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word Excel, etc.) Ability to work in a team environment A willingness to learn Strong communication skills, written and verbal Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and well organized Must have a valid drivers license Responsibilities: Attend site meetings Review drawings, specifications and plans to determine scope of work Prepare estimates for labour, material and equipment costs using quantity take- off procedures Prepare estimates and bid submissions Negotiate contracts with clients Coordinate and consult with engineers, architects, contractors etc. Organize and prepare project start-ups Salary and Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience Attractive benefits package after probation period Please submit your resume via email to [email protected] or private message on facebook.
