2020 Fraser IBA eBird Count - Sunday November 22nd The Fraser estuary has been declared an Important Bird Area (IBA). Birds Canada coordinates annual bird surveys to better understand how birds are use this area (and hope to lobby for it's IBA designation). If you would like to help with these bird counts contact Graham Sorenson ([email protected]). Survey routes https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer ... This year's count will follow COVID protocols and has been divided into smaller areas and limited spots per section. All walks take place outdoors so please be prepared for weather!
