This bathroom went from a small, poorly used space to a bright and open, functional space! An interior designer planned it out, and we brought it to life. In this bathroom we rerouted the water tank and duct work so that we could use the chase for a linen closet. We installed sound proofing in the walls, and basically everything in the bathroom is new! There is so much you can do to make your space more modern and usable - we can help!

Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest impact! We don’t take shortcuts, and we don’t cut corners. Every single detail matters to us!

It’s that strange in between time, after Christmas and before New Years. We are definitely enjoying some time off, with cozy days at home and dreaming of a hopeful, and exciting 2021! How are you spending these last days of 2020?

Sorry for the lack of photos lately, there is a lot going on behind the scenes. But this had to be shared! The client wanted to take out 2 existing posts in this living room, to create a more open concept look. Those posts were supporting a an existing beam, so the engineer made recommendations and designs to beef things up, once the posts were removed. We installed TWO 500 pound c-channels to either side and bolted them through the existing beam, and took out the 2 posts.... Added a footing and telepost to basement to transfer load through. This beautiful bathroom renovation was completed in a 100 year old home ... it was a lot of fun to do, with a few challenges along the way We had to level and straighten all the ceilings, before we could complete the drywall, mudding, and taping. We also took care of all plumbing, as well as radiant heating! We love a good challenge, and have worked on many older homes. We are prepared for situations that can arise with an older home, and discuss these issues with you throughout the entire project. Our priority is transparent communication! In other exciting news - we are now accredited with @bbb_north ! We are grateful for the years of experience we have, and for the trust we have built with this company!
