For the past couple months, we and SFU Satellite Design Team have been dedicating countless hours to a collaborative project to bring our students' exemplary efforts and talent in the aerospace field to fruition. We are extremely excited to announce our latest project, ALEASAT, a 1U CubeSat that will investigate the physiological effects of long-term human spaceflight and will take on-demand photos of Earth, serving as an educational outreach tool for space enthusiasts around the world. The first of many steps towards growing the next generation of the Canadian aerospace workforce, this would not have been possible without our generous sponsors who have supported us throughout this project.
