This unique Halloween we are partnering up with Krispy Kreme and BC Children's Hospital to Stand For The Kids to fundraise to help kids like Izabella!!! https://forms.gle/8BguwJ2UD8jSoQk88 ... This special fundraiser focuses on raising money for the hospital...with a twist! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, instead of the usual donut booth, we are bringing the sweets and goodies right to your doorstep with FREE CONTACTLESS DELIVERY! Our delivery drivers will be keeping clean and donning the appropriate PPE (maybe even a costume if you're lucky) to give COVID a real scare! Deliveries will be happening on Wednesday October 21st and Friday October 23rd for Original Glazed dozens that are just $10 each. We will deliver to your front door for free! We will coverVancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, Langley, Cloverdale, white rock, New West. All proceeds from the sales of these donuts will be going straight to the Stand For The Kids initiative at BC Children's Hospital where the funds are used for the purchasing and maintenance of expensive equipment/ tools, research for diseases and care, and support programs. To put into perspective how much the system needs your help, the Level 1 Pediatric Trauma center ALONE helps over 43,000 children EACH YEAR. Now imagine how many more when you look at the hospital as a whole.... Meet Ciarlo! This unique Halloween we are partnering up with Krispy Kreme and BC Children's Hospital to Stand For The Kids to fundraise to help kids like Ciarlo! https://forms.gle/8BguwJ2UD8jSoQk88 ... Ciarlo was born with severe Spina Bifida, having surgery at just 21 hours, and is paralyzed from the waist down. However, Ciarlo has a cheerful personality that brightens every room he is in! In 2016, Ciarlo’s older brother, Dominic, lost his battle to brain cancer. Since Dominic’s death, the Pediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT) has provided emotional, social and spiritual support to help the family work through their grief. Funds raised through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals support PACT and other programs that help children and families cope with the hospital experience.
