Meet AVERY TAYLOR, the DIRECTOR of RADIO THEATRE: LITTLE WOMEN BY MARISHA CHAMBERLAIN!! WHO IS AVERY TAYLOR? Avery Taylor is an emerging Director/Actor from Coast Salish territory (Vancouver). She has been directing ever since she was ten years old putting on living room plays for her family. Though her work has steadily improved since then (so she hopes), remembering those days of home and the familiar aesthetic became a vaulting box in her approach to shaping this ...radioized adaption of the classic story, Little Women. She is thrilled to be partnered with UBC Player’s Club in bringing this household story to life. Other notable directing works include, Antigone by Sophoclese, These Shining Lives by Melanie Marnich, Dragcula with Burnaby Art’s, and 0 - -4 Degrees which she co-directed and created. Thanks, Avery! We can't wait to hear the show November 27, 28, and 29!!
