We are now recruiting female participants for the 3rd phase of our research project on power training. Interested? See the description below and contact Dr. Nicolas Berryman ([email protected]) Individuals agreeing to participate in this project will get involved in 12 testing and training sessions, over 4 weeks (3 sessions weekly). On all occasions, sessions will last approximately 30 minutes. ... During these sessions, participants will have to execute typical strength training exercises with the main objective of developing power. In order to be included in this study, participants must : - Be women aged between 18 and 45 years old inclusively - Have at least a six-month experience in resistance training (twice/week) - Obtain physical activity clearance, as assessed with a standard questionnaire (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, PAR-Q; Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology)
