In order to minimize person-to-person contact, we are providing customers with the option to mail in broken devices, rather than visiting us in-store. All mailed devices will be properly sanitized before and after repair, handled in accordance with health and safety procedures, and mailed back in a timely fashion. To learn more, please contact us.

Dear valued customers, While we remain open (for now), we are actively working to keep the #uBreakiFix experience as seamless as possible, simultaneously implementing enhanced health and safety measures to protect team members and the customers we serve. We are:... Increasing handwashing frequency Cleaning all workspaces and high-touch surfaces at regular intervals Minimizing person-to-person contact by wearing gloves when handling customers' devices Thoroughly sanitizing all devices upon receipt and return Altering employee schedules in accordance with social distancing best practices and providing employees with the option to remain home. We understand that for the many that are confined to their home, having operational devices is essential at this time. We are continuing to serve to community’s needs, while closely monitoring the situation and adapting as needed.
