TYC/UOMA Regina prepared a small batch of shashlyky this past week. These now are available for sale at the usual price, that is $6.00/pound or $12.00 for a two pound bag. It's appreciated that BBQ season is over, but the shashlyky can be readily used for a quite meal by preparing these on a skillet or something similar. As in the past, the sale of shashlyky are part of TYC/UOMA Regina's fund raising efforts. Thank you for your support.
