CHANGE IS GOOD The last 15 years I have dedicated myself to the artists and artisans of Campbell River and I have loved every moment of it! After a tumultuous y...ear in 2020 (as we all did in one way or another), plus the loss of my husband, I have made the decision to retire and focus on myself, my health, family and friends. Even though I am stepping aside I have ensured that there is a place in Campbell River that will continue supporting our local creators of beauty and I am so excited to announce that the Ultimate Gift Boutique, located in the Anchor Inn, will continue under the umbrella of the Campbell River Art Council and managed by the POTA team! The name may change, the look may change, but the dedication to supporting our local artists will remain the same and if I could give a gift to our art community it could not be managed by a better group off individuals. The money the POTA team derives from this opportunity will allow them to use all proceeds to continue supporting artists and engaging our community through events like Art Youth camps, Art & Earth Festival, Pop Up Artists, Art Gallery Member Show, and Wearable Art Show. I am humbled by the years of support I have gotten, the friends I have made and the amazing artists I engaged with. From my heart, I say thank you, I could never have done it without you. Love Char
