**Classes Postponed** Just an update-there will be no classes at Eagle Rock in January. I apologize for the change in plans but had to make changes due to low enrolment. Stay tuned for the next session, and send me a message if you would like to be on my list for future classes. ... This is one of my favourite times of the year as we leave the busy-ness of Christmas behind and have the newness of spring stretching before us (I know, I know it’s only January!!). But I love the heat in the sun and the lengthening days and dreaming of all things gardening. What is your favorite thing about this time of year?

Does anyone else feel like they have tunnel vision for Christmas? And that it’s hard to see beyond it while we are in the thick of gifts and Christmas concerts, baking and parties? That’s where I’m at, so I am extending the registration deadline for January yoga classes until January 1st! I need a couple more people in each class for them to run, so please tell your friends! Classes are Tuesdays 9:30am and 7pm at Eagle Rock Golf Course beginning January 7th! Register by e...mailing me at [email protected] and an etransfer. 8 classes are $80. Also, I am extending an invitation to anyone who wants to come and help with making lunches and delivering food and socks to the homeless. Sandwich making will be THIS SUNDAY 3-6pm at my house and we will be heading down to hope mission for 7pm to hand everything out. Some of you were asking about it, and I want you to know all are welcome this week, and every month when we do this. Have a Merry Christmas! WOW!! OVER 600 pairs of socks are going to the homeless in Edmonton. I am so grateful that I will be able to say YES the next 614 times I am asked "Do you have socks?" Tuesdays January 7-February 25 9:30-10:30AM OR 7:00-8:00PM 8 Classes - $80 (Youth rate Age 11-17 is $60) ***NEW*** FAMILY YOGA Tuesdays January 14-February 18 6:00-6:45PM 6 Classes - $120 (price is for the entire family) This class is intended for families with young kids and will be more lively and loud than your typical yoga class. Yoga basics will be covered with emphasis on participation, not perfection. All ages welcome, but children must be accompanied to the restroom and food is not permitted in the class. Prices increase December 16th!

Good morning!! Starting Tuesday, Yoga classes will be held at Eagle Rock Golf Course in the banquet room on the main floor. Drop in is available at 9:30am and 7:00pm for $12. Yoga in the country!?! What??? I’ve booked the Looma Hall for the Fall.... Join me for 10 weeks of vinyasa yoga, suitable for all levels. I'M BAAAAAACCCCCKKKK!!!! And what I want to know is, if you could change or improve any part of your character, what would it be? The thing I am working on constantly in yoga, in homeschooling, in parenting and being a spouse, is Patience! Some days nothing can rattle me, and some days I'm a hot mess. But I am aware, and slowly I am building my levels of joy, grace, and patience. One day I will get to where I want to be, and then there will be another goal. But for righ...t now, the next step is today. YOGA SCHEDULE FOR FALL: Monday's at 7pm Tuesday's at 9:45am Both sessions will run for 10 weeks Sept 24th-December 11th. No classes Oct 8/9 and Nov 12/13. Your investment: $125 / 10 week session Classes will take place at my acreage 10 minutes south east of Beaumont. They will be small classes in a cosy space. Wow! I didn't realize I had been delinquent for so long. Life has a funny way of dragging us away from things from time to time. A little update.....I'm sure you are aware....I have taken a vacation from teaching for the moment to focus on my family and myself. This has led me to take an aerial arts class where I am learning trapeze and silks. FYI, yoga is amazing upper body training for these arts, I had no idea how much it would help me! So right now the focus is on h...omeschooling my 2 wonderful babes, cooking vegan meals for my hubby, juicing, growing sprouts, and dreaming of my garden. I know I will be back here soon, but I am not 100% sure when or in what capacity. I am excited for what the future holds, but currently living in my dream! If anyone is looking for private yoga classes for themselves or a function, or if you are interested in reiki, please let me know!
