Hello friends and neighbours! After a fantastic summer we are finally ready to lay all of the beautiful stepping stones that were made back in June, and we'd like to invite you to join us in the completion of this wonderful project. Altogether about 120 stones were created by those who attended our June street party and also by students at St. Joseph's A. McKay School. ... This Saturday, September 12th, from 1 - 5 pm we will lay the stones, followed by a barbeque to celebrate and close our project. If you are free to join us for any part of the day we would love your help! Bring your children, your friends, your gardening gloves and shovels, and find a permanent home for your stone! The rain deterred manyof us last Tuesday, but we're going to be laying stones again next week. Meet on the stairs at 6:45.
