Some of our last colours of 2020 thank you to everyone who came in last week for a cut, gift card, products, or just to say hi and show support. And to everyone we couldn’t see last week... but we’ll see you in the new year, better than ever! It’s common in our industry to work 10+ hour days leading up to Christmas, and to only take a couple days off to celebrate. Even though this isn’t how we wanted things to go, we appreciate this opportunity to rest and be with our families for the holiday season, and we hope you can all do the same! With the current restrictions still in place, we’ll be closed for at least two more weeks. In the meantime our online shop is open for your home care needs, including colour retouch kits for existing Union clients. (Link in bio) We’ll be in the shop Monday from 11-3 for curbside pickup and retail shopping - more dates and times coming soon! A reminder that anyone who had an appointment booked during the closure will be contacted once we have a reliable reopening date.... This is not the news we were hoping for, but we know we’ll be back at it soon - so please, put down the scissors and box dye!

Reflecting on some of our favourite shots of 2020 we were lucky enough to be a part of a few intimate weddings, and had so much fun with creative projects! We really miss doing what we love right now, and we’re ending 2020 with gratitude for all the amazing moments we had last year

Due to the new restrictions that were announced today, we’ll be closed for at least four weeks, effective December 13. Anyone with appointments booked after that date will be contacted to reschedule once we have an idea of when we’ll be able to reopen. We WILL be calling you, so just hang tight! Our online shop will be open for gift card sales and curbside pickup for hair products. Just a reminder that we’ll be closed tomorrow for Remembrance Day - stay safe and cozy everyone!

As you may or may not know, Union is a Green Circle certified shop. This means we recycle at least 90% of our daily waste, from the basics like paper and plastic to the hair we cut off your head and everything in between - even the extra hair colour we don’t use gets put into a bin instead of down the drain! We’ve recently added PPE to the list of recyclable items At the end of your appointment, drop your disposable mask, gloves and tech wipes in our PPE bin and we’ll ship it off to the Green Circle recycling centre. And, as always, bring us your empty shampoo and product bottles to be recycled and get 10% off your replacements! #yqlhair #greencirclesalons @greencirclesalons
