Go deep into your yoga practice with Keric's new Heated Flow class on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:45. By adding heat to your practice it increases your body'...s ability to detoxify and allows you to get deeper into the poses. This class will move slow allowing you to fully explore poses at your own depth and breath, focusing on building strength and flexibility through body awareness and mindful movement. Please bring a towel(s) and a refillable water bottle (water available at studio) and be sure to be well hydrated prior to class as the room will be heated to 90-100 Fahrenheit. If you have concerns about the heat and your health and or have high blood pressure or heart conditions please consult with a health professional before attending heated classes. Tomorrow morning, Sunday July 19th, I'll be teaching the Karma class at Nourish from 10-11:30. The class will begin with yin restorative poses followed by a hat...ha style series of standing and seated poses suitable for all levels of practice and beginner friendly.
