I’m in great shape but it hasn’t come easy. I’m very meticulous with my healthy eating, hydrating and exercising. I worked super hard to get my body in shape after having my 19-year-old and then again after having my next two boys back-to-back. Even though I was super proud of the shape I was in I realize there was one body part that I really neglected. It was my booty. Maybe it was from all the hours sitting down breast feeding, maybe it got overlooked because of my awesome... legs, maybe it was because of my age, maybe I just didn’t focus on my booty honestly, likely a mix of all four. Regardless, I wanted my booty to be on par with the rest of my body, so I threw in booty focused training into my routine and I’m so happy I did. If you’re like me and you need a little help in the booty department, I got you, I feel you! Here are some exercises to help get that booty a little fuller, a little more lifted, a little more bootylicious.

Two ways to contribute to a healthy gut consume probiotic & prebiotic rich foods.... Here are some tricks & tips to make healthy eating easier: - Make extra food to have leftovers to eat the days to follow. - Eat nutritious and delicious balanced meals & snacks. Balanced = good quality carbs, protein & healthy fat. - Do a bulk cook - make multiple dishes at one time. - Wash, cut and peel extra veggies or fruit, on the weekend or one or two nights a week. - Have healthy fat & protein on hand to eat with your meals & snacks. Do you meal prep in advance to line you &/or your family up for healthy choices success? If so, what do you prepare in advance?
