Soooo much more ‘butt cheek’ activation in this BENTOVER LUNGE . keep the toes lifted of the front foot to help track the knee properly You wanna keep the knee pretty much over the ankle. If the knee shifts forward too much you’re not gonna feel it in your butt as much, the front thigh will take over...keep it in the butt! Lol... reach fingers tips to baby toe and big toe, look at your toes.... this will help with your positioning and maximize butt cheek activation Drive through the heel to come up to standing pressing your hips forward as you come up it helps to have a sliding disc under the leg lunging back Enjoy! .
