This is Avery. She was 21 weeks at birth, weighing a little over 11oz. She was the TINIEST baby I have ever seen or taken care of, but yet her parents graciously asked me to be a part of her life and primary her. I have been solely been taking care of her since DAY 1. She is currently almost 4 months old and is a living MIRACLE! I thank god every day for making her so strong! . . Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, we are now limiting the visiting hours. PARENTS may take turn...s and trade off ever other day to see their baby, for only ONE HOUR. NO touching. NO holding. NO breastfeeding. I know why were doing it, but it still breaks my heart that we’re doing it. . . Last night Avery’s mom and I did a mini photo shoot with her for Easter, and these pictures just about melted my heart Such a special memory for such a special girl that her mom chose me to be apart of. She used her HOUR to do this with me and I couldn’t have felt more love last night from a parent! . YES OF COURSE I asked permission to post this picture, her mom took them herself.
